About the Opportunity
We are now looking for a full-time Therapeutic Lead based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. While the role is based in Alice Springs, two regional/remote trips will take place each quarter. This role provides clinical oversight and supports service delivery staff while managing external relationships, and reports to the Deputy CEO.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs
- Providing financial oversight and assisting with budget preparation
- Facilitating clinical reviews and managing the intake function
- Developing clinical plans to support clients with complex needs
- Maintaining awareness of current research and best practices in AOD
- Promoting DASA services and building positive interagency networks
- Providing direction, training, and performance support to staff
- Preparing reports and supporting tender/grant applications
